This 48,000 square foot industrial cannabis production plant, with offices and extraction laboratory in Aurora was one of a kind example of efficient marijuana vertically integrated facility.

With client's interest in efficiency of production, combined with a modern design driven by need to retain its fast changing workforce resulted in a building that is highly efficient in production and energy usage and environmentaly friendly.

In close collaboration with the local building and planning departments, our team managed to extract the maximum benefit of an awkwardly shaped site with somewhat challanging terrain.
