Project Overview

This 7,000 square foot complete building remodel is an example of adaptive reuse of a completely deteriorated building into a exemplary office and work space showcasing streamlined open office design. Sustainability was an important factor for the corporate client from Seattle, WA, with energy-efficient systems integrated throughout the structure to minimize environmental impact.

The design process involved close client collaboration to ensure that the project not only met the practical requirements but also resonated with the corporate identity they aspire to project. The project was done in close collaboration with MDBL Design Studios from Tacoma, WA.
